On appel ça "MAAKOUDA"c'est simple et pratique;on fait une purée avec de la pomme de terre ,sans ajoutté du lait(il faut quelle soit dur)ajouter du sel,poivre,safran(beaucoup,il faut quelle soit jaune),du pérsil hachée.faire de grosse boule la taille d'un gros oeufs,puis l'aplatir légérement,la tromper dans un oeuf,puis dans la farine ou la chapelure et la faire doré dans une friture chaude,dans les deux coté .la manger chaude avec du citron.
